MTH 30-1433-1 Silver Bullet Train Set w/Proto-Sound 2.0

I usually try to stay with more prototypical stuff, but I just couldn't resist when I saw this train in the 2007 Vol. 1 MTH catalog. The set itself is amazing looking and the sounds are incredible. The opening doors on the box cars with the smoke/cold effect are reall neat too. MTH deserves to make a lot of money off this set. They really put some thought into it. You can see a close up of the box cars down below in the rolling stock section of this page. You can check out a video of this engine in action right here. This is a 2007 model, added to my set in November of 2007.

COORS Rolling Stock (7 items, sorted by item number)

MTH 20-97684 Coors Light 3-Bay Cylindrical Hopper #200935

From my 2009 Vol. 1 MTH order, I got these to go with my growing collection of Coors Light pieces. Very nice looking. Made in 2009, added to my set in September of 2009.

MTH 20-97684 Coors Light 3-Bay Cylindrical Hopper #200938

Exactly like the hopper above, but with a different road number. Made in 2009, added to my set in September of 2009.

MTH 30-1433 A,B,C Coors Silver Bullet Reefers

This is one of the 3 reefers (A,B,C) that came with the Coors Silver Bullet set. Their doors can be opened and closed using the MTH DCS remote control. Each car has a smoke unit that simulates freezer fog when the doors are opened to reveal the carload of frosty brew. Yeah, it's pretty cool. Made in 2007, added to my set in November of the same year.

MTH 30-78040 Coors Silver Bullet Operating Reefer

Part of my 2007 Vol. 1 catalog order, this is add-on reefer car for the Coors Light Silver Bullet train set (above). Made in 2007, added to my set in June of 2008.

MTH 30-78061 Coors Operating Reefer Car Tail

Part of my 2008 vol. 1 catalog order, this is the final tail car that can be added onto the Silver Bullet train. Looks great! Made in 2008, added to my set in November of the same year
