Atlas 1008112A Georgia Power Trolley #941

From Atlas' Industrial Rail line, I thought these were cool looking so I ordered one from the Atlas catalog. I hav e since installed a "Mini Commander" board from Electric RR Co. so that this now runs by TMCC. Made in 2009, added to my set in February of 2010.

Lionel 6-11183.jpg Lincoln Funeral Train

A great little model. It's conventionally controlled out of the box, but I upgraded it with a Mini Commander 2 board from ERR (www.electricrr.com) and now I can run in with my Legacy remote in command control mode. Made in 2013, added to my collection in January of 2014.

Lionel 6-11418 Unpainted GS-6 Pilot #9999

The unpainted pilot version of Lionel's Southern Pacific GS-6. Looks fantastic. Made in 2013, added to my collection in June of 2013.

MISC Rolling Stock (17 items, sorted by item number)

MTH 20-93254 Atlanta Braves Double Door 50' Box Car

Go Braves! This car was built in 2005 and added to my set in November 2006.

MTH 20-98670 ISG Hot Metal Car w/Flickering Molten Load #151

Cool flickering molten load! Made in 2008, added to my set in May of 2009.

Lionel 6-16610 Track Maintenance Car

An ebay find. Not a scale car, but it's nice for kids to run.

K-Line 6-22562 Operation Lifesaver Box Car

This was a gift from a youtube fan. Love it! Made in 2009, added to my collection in October of 2013.

Lionel 6-25059 Democrat 2008 Election Boxcar

I figured these were unique cars, and since my local train store was selling them for 50% off I decided to pick them up.

Lionel 6-25060 Republican 2008 Election Boxcar

I figured these were unique cars, and since my local train store was selling them for 50% off I decided to pick them up. Naturally, I think the republican car looks a little nicer than the decocrat car. ;)

Lionel 6-25631 Lincoln Funeral Train Passenger Car 2-pack

2 additional cars for the Lincoln funeral train. Made in 2013, added to my collection in December of 2014.

Lionel 6-26766 Priority Mail Operating Box Car

Another high quality car that Lionel has put out recently. Nice construction all around, and you can't beat the classic operating boxcar bit. The car came with a tiny little mailbag that you can attach to the mailman and he will throw it out of the car when he pops out. I had no idea the mailbox existed until I was packing the car up for the move to our new house and found it taped to the plastic liner in the box. This car was built in 2001, and I bought it in August of 2005.

Lionel 6-29603 Comet Single Done Tank Car

My girlfriend thought this car was cute, so I picked it up. It's very high quality, like most of the other tank cars that Lionel has been putting out. Built 2005, added to my collection in October 2005.

Lionel 6-36727 WeyerHaeuser "Moe and Joe" Operating Lumber Car

Built in 2003 and bought by me in September of 2005, this is a great high quality car. When activated by a control track, the two men (Moe and Joe) unload sheets of wood into the dump bin (included with Car) one sheet at a time. It came with about 5 or 6 sheets of wood that get unloaded. A real beauty of a car to adorn my layout! watch quicktime video

Lionel 6-39406 Republic Steel Hot Metal Car #101

Simply gorgeous! This 2004 model is almost 100% die-cast, weighs about a ton and would certainly elicit some very colorful language if you dropped it on your foot. In fact, it's so heavy that it has 6 wheels on each truck. When the track is energized, the hot molten load of metal inside the car glows! I bought this in August of 2005.

Lionel 6-81487 Ronald Reagan Boxcar

The Gipper! Made in 2015, added to my collection in September of 2015.

Weaver U4900LD Undecorated 4 Bay High Side Coal Hopper

An Undecorated Hopper. I haven't assigned a roadname to this yet.

Weaver U4900LD Undecorated 4 Bay High Side Coal Hopper

An undecorated hopper. I have not assigned a roadname to this car yet.

Weaver Uncataloged Fall Tour 2007 Northeastern Caboose

This is the souvenir caboose from the Fall 2007 Weaver factory tour that the folks at OGR magazine put together. I had to cancel my plans to attend the tour at the last minute, but since I had already paid for the caboose they were kind enough to send it to me. It's got a very nice weight to it and the interior is lighted and nicely detailed. Made in 2007, added to my set in November of 2007.

Weaver Uncataloged Fall Tour 2010 50' Plug Door Boxcar

This is the special car made for the OGR magazine sponsored fall tour of the Weaver factor for 2010. Added to my collection in October of 2010.
