Union Pacific Engines and Freight

CSX trains | BNSF trains | Misc. trains

Here's a shot of the 3 UP engines in part of a 5 engine lash-up. The middle unit is an SD40-2 and the end units are both SD-70's. I have a UP SD-70 on my layout that looks just like these real life versions. The closest one is numbered 5021. I was SO happy to get this pic. These UP American Flag engines are always in the yard, and they are so beautiful. The train that these engines were carrying was massive. Including these 3 UP's, there were FIVE (yes, I said FIVE) engines all lashed up! It was a site to see! Another really nice picture of the #5021 engine shown here can be found right here and was taken in Calfifornia.
